Career
Héctor Delgado Ugarte holds a degree in Business Administration and Management and a master's in Human Resources Management from the Madrid Chamber of Commerce.
Formerly at Accenture and Banco Santander, before founding Crearte he led technology and projects at banking and technology multinationals, with a 35-year career spanning Spain, Paris and Toulouse. He founded and sold his own digital marketing and technology startup, the experience that convinced him technology had a great deal to offer human resources.
In 2018 he founded Crearte Consulting with Susana González. As CEO he runs the company's own recruitment platform and the application of artificial intelligence to the CREARTE Method, and he personally handles the first meeting with every company.
He writes the Innovación en RRHH newsletter on LinkedIn and co-hosts the podcast Mucho más que pasar currículums (in Spanish) with Susana.
