About us
Crearte Consulting was born digital in 2018, in a sector that has traditionally been analogue. From the start we have combined technology with face-to-face, human contact; that combination gave rise to the CREARTE Method, which today underpins our five services.
The founders
Together they decided to bring technological know-how and human resources experience together to found Crearte Consulting. We have worked with private companies and local councils in 8 countries: Spain, Portugal, France, the Netherlands, the UK, Germany, Mexico and the US (Miami).
Héctor Delgado
CEO and co-founder
Graduate in Business Administration and Management, with a master's in Human Resources Management from the Madrid Chamber of Commerce. Before founding Crearte he led technology and projects at banking and technology multinationals, with a 35-year career spanning Spain, Paris and Toulouse. He founded and sold his own digital marketing and technology startup, the experience that convinced him technology had a great deal to offer human resources. Susana González
Co-founder, psychologist and headhunter
A psychologist by training, with a master's in Human Resources Management and Organisation from ESIC, a master's in Internal and External Communication from the Complutense University of Madrid and a postgraduate qualification in Personnel Administration from the Official Association of Social Graduates of Madrid. Over a career of more than 35 years, she has led human resources at multinationals in technology, banking, automotive, industry and engineering, sitting on management committees and reporting to investment funds and to headquarters in Germany, France and England. Behind it lie two careers. Susana González brings more than 35 years in HR management and project management in companies. Héctor Delgado is an expert in recruitment, business management and technology: a graduate in Business Administration and Management with a master's in HR Management, ex-Accenture and ex-Banco Santander, he led technology and projects at multinationals and founded and sold his own tech start-up. Both are experts in entrepreneurship and in scaling and stabilising companies. Our speciality is the report on each finalist, based on the STAR interview and critical incidents, and supported by tests when the role calls for it.
