Susana González García

Career

Susana González García holds a degree in Psychology and is an expert in human resources. She has a master's in Human Resources Management and Organisation from ESIC, a master's in Internal and External Communication from the Complutense University of Madrid and a postgraduate qualification in Personnel Administration from the Official Association of Social Graduates of Madrid.

She has been head of international HR across more than ten countries, HR Director on management committees and head of organisation at Volkswagen Financial Services. She has led human resources at multinationals in technology, banking, automotive, industry and engineering, reporting to investment funds and to headquarters in Germany, France and England.

In 2018 she founded Crearte Consulting with Héctor Delgado Ugarte, a consultancy specialising in nethunting: finding talent through digital channels, professional networks and artificial intelligence. In Crearte's processes she brings competency-based assessment and a psychological reading of every candidate.

She is the author of the book El Profesional Irremplazable (in Spanish). For professionals and candidates, she runs Crearte Match, Crearte Consulting's employability division.
